Decorative chrome plating
The most common use of chromium is “chromium plating”, which is in fact a layer of chromium that is applied (by electrolysis) on a base, which can be made of steel, aluminum, brass, copper and the like.
The chrome is quite shiny, lighter in color, and goes more bluish.

Decorative chrome plating requires the application of a copper or nickel base first. It is then chromium-plated, which achieves corrosion resistance of the material, which is done in micron layers. Chromium protects nickel from loss of shine, minimizes damage and corrosion of nickel. Without nickel plating or copper plating, it is impossible to achieve a reflective decorative finish.
Important Notice:
Chrome plating is a process that requires prior polishing of parts (cleaning and sandblasting). You should know what needs to be done when an already chrome-plated part has to be chrome-plated or restored again. The original chromium, nickel and copper must first be removed by sandblasting and polishing, and when the part is polished, then it is copper-plated, nickel-plated and chrome-plated again.

Applying a thin layer of gold. The object can be gilded for various purposes, in the form of a decorative purpose or for the purpose of better conductivity of the object.
We perform hard and decorative gilding, and the difference consists in the layers of gold that are counted in microns, and depending on the requirements, it can be in thicker or thinner layers of gold.
Silvering
Silver plating is used as a decorative coating on decorative items and can be done in thicker or thinner layers and can be a high gloss or silver patina.
If the objects are embossed, they can be successfully patinated and shaded in order to get the look of old (rustic) silver.
We also perform technical silvering for electrical contacts.
Brass
Galvanic protection used for decorative or anti-corrosion protection of metal objects.
Items made of copper, brass, trap, steel, aluminum can be brassed, all for the purpose of anti-corrosion protection and decorative appearance.
Brass can be glossy which is then varnished and can be patinated and shaded, depending on the purpose.
